very cool. i have to say, i lived in that neighborhood for a while, and it was a real bummer. i would walk up fillmore st and feel the emptiness... particularly when i walked past that parking lot that will be the future site. it's nice to hear that the 'jazz preservation project' is finally amounting to something real.
